A new cantilevered, sculpted soffit creates a distinctive sense of arrival, its floating form unifying the façade and guiding visitors toward the front door with a warm, inviting embrace.

Inside, the open-plan layout centres on a sunken conversation pit designed for a family of five. Bespoke plywood joinery wraps the space, concealing generous storage and an integrated cinema system. Subtle lighting woven into each step accentuates the timber and elevates the room’s intimate atmosphere.
